Overcoming Social and Economic Barriers: Challenges Faced by Women in Physics at District Swat.

ORAL

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the multifaceted social and economic challenges that hinder women's participation in physics education within District Swat. Through qualitative analysis, we uncover the critical barriers—such as socio-cultural expectations, financial constraints, and limited institutional support—that restrict educational and professional growth opportunities for women in this field. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the obstacles to gender parity in physics education, offering insights for policy recommendations aimed at fostering inclusivity and support mechanisms.
