Demonstration and Instruction in a Hybrid Classroom

Abstract

Teaching during a pandemic has impacted all levels of education specifically in secondary science classrooms. During this year teachers across the world have pivoted to produce new ways to share materials with their students, with one of the biggest hurtles being bridging the gap between in-class and virtual students. The resources and techniques used during this year can help impact our future teaching and student engagement. During this presentation we will discuss the materials and techniques used to engage students and conduct alternative lab activities.
