Quantum Impedance Networks of Low-Energy Muon Lifetime Enhancement

Abstract
Details of PMNS and CKM neutrino and quark mixing matrix calculations will be presented and discussed. The hope is that relevance of these calculations to the proposed PoP experiment (see references) will strengthen the argument to proceed with the next steps, with a detailed theoretical analysis, and in parallel an engineering design study.
