Accelerating Polymer Field Theories with Neural Operators

Abstract
Computational cost remains a major barrier for implementing polymer field theories for complex mixtures. In this work, we used a neural operator method to approximate the modified diffusion equation, showing large improvements in performance and good accuracy, especially for mixtures of many different types of block polymers. We expect that these methods will be useful in simulating biological aggregates.
