Engineered Non-reciprocal Superconductivity
ORAL
Abstract
Non-reciprocal superconductors, which break both time-reversal and inversion symmetry, represent an exciting new class of superconducting materials. In this talk, we theoretically explore how these non-reciprocal superconducting states can be realized in engineered hybrid structures, such as semiconductor-superconductor nanowires. We also discuss potential experimental signatures of these novel superconducting states, particularly through conductance measurements. Our work aims to motivate the exploration and development of novel non-reciprocal superconducting states in hybrid quantum systems.
