Unveiling Dark Matter's Secrets: High-Resolution N-body Simulations of Cosmic Structure Formation

POSTER

Abstract

We investigate the possibility of primordial black hole capture within our solar system by using REBOUND to model how primordial black holes might interact with the baryonic matter in our solar system, and potentially settle into stable orbits. Looking at primordial black black holes in the asteroid mass range is particularly intriguing, as they are completely unconstrained and may form all of dark matter. This work may offer explanations for unexplained object trajectories, our solar system's dynamics and cosmic-scale phenomena, and the nature of dark matter.
