"Spin-Orbit Entangled Mott Inslators: from Hidden Order to Liquid States"
ORAL · Invited
Abstract
I will theoretically explore how the relativistic spin-orbit coupling in Mott insulators could give rise to the hidden order, amorphous and (quantum) liquid states of the spin-orbital or spin-lattice degrees of freedom. From this perspective, I will discuss correlated transition metal compounds
