Computational Modeling of Ischemic Strokes
POSTER
Abstract
Computational modeling of the circulatory system has the potential to provide great flexibility in simulating numerous diseases. Various models have laid the groundwork for implementing multi-scale interactions during ischemic stroke, and these computational tools could provide insight into the physical mechanisms of cardiovascular disease. In this work, we conduct simulations to study the efficiency and validity of these models in simulating processes relating to ischemic strokes.
