Interacting hysterons networks

Abstract
Several experimental platforms with interacting hysterons have been shown to exhibit memory effects and emergent computing capabilities. However, precisely controlling interactions between hysterons and their transition graphs remains challenging. Here, we propose strategies to design systems with multiple interacting hysterons, opening a pathway for programming increasingly complex computations in metamaterials.
