National Mentoring Community (NMC): Supporting equity and inclusion in physics, the NMC fosters meaningful mentoring relationships, particularly for Black, Latinx, and Indigenous students, to strengthen retention and success in physics.

IMPact Mentoring Program: Focused on industry mentorship, IMPact connects physics mentees with professionals in industry roles to explore career pathways and gain real-world insights.
