Access to STEM talent is essential for the success of many organizations across the U.S. When research and workforce need to involve access to international expertise; the immigration process is often a pain point for individuals and employers wishing to hire them. This session will provide timely, essential insights into the options for navigating this process.We will discuss pathways for international scientists and engineers to continue STEM careers in the United States and how mentors can help.
