Behavior of Renyi entanglement entropies of perturbed quantum spin liquids
ORAL
Abstract
We study the behavior of Renyi entanglement entropies in quantum dimer models on various lattices that are known to harbor a quantum spin liquid phase when an additional external perturbation $𝑉(\𝑙𝑎𝑚𝑏𝑑𝑎)$ is present. Previous work in Phys. Rev. Lett. 110, 210602 (2013) has shown that the derivative of the n-th entanglement entropy $\delta_{lambda}$ $S_n$ with n = 0.3,...,2.0 displays characteristic so-called splitting behavior connected to the quantum information notion of differential local convertibility. Possible relations of the splitting behavior to various phenomena such as a nonflat entanglement spectrum or the presence of anyons are presented.
