Torque Magnetometry on Topological Thin Films
ORAL
Abstract
Torque magnetometry is used to search for quantum oscillations, which reveal the electrical properties of metals and semiconductors. We performed torque magnetometry on topological thin films, Bismuth Antimony and Alpha Tin, in a low temperature and high magnetic field environment. Here, we will present the method of performing torque magnetometry and our initial results from both samples.
