Latest results of WIMP search from the XENONnT experiment
ORAL
Abstract
The XENONnT detector is designed to search for weakly interacting massive particles (WIMPs), one of the leading theoretical candidates for dark matter. The second science run of XENONnT, completed in August 2023, accumulated a total live time of ~186 days after accounting for deadtime from data acquisition (DAQ) and veto systems. During this run, the radon removal system was operated in high-flow mode, achieving a significant reduction of about 50% in the concentration of Rn-222 compared to the first science run. In this talk, I will present the XENONnT's latest results of the WIMP search, which combines two science runs with total live time ~283 days.
