α-cluster model for 9φBe nuclei and φ-N interaction

ORAL

Abstract

We investigate the bound states of the φαα cluster system using the Faddeev formalism in configuration space. Previous theoretical and experimental studies on the φN system demonstrate an uncertainty of the existing bound state. We assume a weak coupling between the two particles [1]. Building on this, we develop a folding model for the φ-α potential, applying a folding procedure based on the HAL QCD φ-N interaction in the 4S3/2 channel, in conjunction with the matter distribution of 4He. Our results suggest that the hypothetical 9φBe nucleus could exist with bound state energy in the 7-11 MeV range. We also provide a comparison with earlier theoretical calculations.
