Probes of Particle Physics from the Early Universe
ORAL · Invited
Abstract
Maps of the Universe encode the history, particle content, and forces responsible for the structures we observe. In this talk, I will discuss the current progress mapping of the cosmic microwave background and distribution of galaxies, and how information relevant for particle physics is extracted from them. I will focus on the case of new light particles, such as axions, and cosmological constraints on neutrino mass as specific examples.
