Paraxial Ray Optical Cloaking

POSTER

Abstract

Optical cloaking can be achieved with an arrangement of four lenses. It requires using two pairs

of lenses with different focal lengths and aligning them with very precise spacings. The exact

distances between the lenses can be found by solving an ABCD matrix formulation for the

optical system. The optical arrangement will be shown, and examples of optical cloaking will be

presented.
