Abstract
Investigating weak hadronic decays provides profound insights into the matter-antimatter asymmetry in the universe. Charge-Parity (CP) violation plays a pivotal role in this fundamental imbalance and is a high priority in the particle physics community. However, there have been limited measurements of CP asymmetries in the charm baryon sector, which are useful for constructing a complete picture of CP violation in the Standard Model of particle physics. We report an ongoing analysis of CP asymmetries in the Cabibbo-suppressed charm baryon decays, Ξ+c → Σ+h+h− and Λ+c → p+h+h−, where h = K/π, using asymmetric e+e− collision data collected with the Belle II detector at the SuperKEKB accelerator facility in Tsukuba, Japan.
