Dynamical high-pressure research at XFEL SACLA

Recently, high-energy density and warm dense matter/materials are studied by combining high-power optical laser and X-ray free electron laser (XFEL). We developed a research platform for the studies at SACLA, a Japanese XFEL facility. Here, we present some recent XFEL experiments and the results obtained from the platform.
