Overview of MIT Lincoln Laboratory

MIT Lincoln Laboratory is pleased to be your Virtual Host for this year's APS New England Section Spring Meeting. As a Federally Funded Research and Development Center, MIT Lincoln Laboratory researches and develops advanced technologies to meet critical national security needs. Behind our innovative R{\&}D are people with exceptional technical abilities and creativity, working in cross-disciplinary teams to develop novel technologies and capabilities for diverse needs --- for example, defending against missile threats, providing secure communications, monitoring activity in space, and inventing biomedical devices. This presentation will provide an overview of the Laboratory, its mission, and recent scientific work.
