Abstract
If SP is a quantum particle, then its measure involves both configuration of its ingredients and specific parameters on its boundary surface depending on singularities of its topological structure.
BHePs are multi effect mechanisms coming from significant electromagnetic, EM radiation density. Approach is related to studies connecting CMCs-BSs with stochastically EM initial boundary value problem schemes, that include connected cavity array models.
