Examining dynamic allostery and communication in proteins via machine learning and statistical analysis
ORAL
Abstract
We will present results from applying machine learning and statistical techniques to the analysis of molecular dynamics simulations with a particular emphasis on understanding how ensemble change and how different regions of proteins, and protein complexes move and potentially communicate. We focus on thrombin as a particularly interesting protein from biomedical and physical viewpoints.
