A validation the velocity of Earth in the CMB reference frame using only jitter.

•Analysis of 1PByte of data from an atomic clock allows us to validate the velocity of Earth in the CMB reference frame, with 26 sigma of evidence, using 2 novel techniques :

•A hypothesis that particles move via the discrete Bernoulli Process

•A new paradigm of considering variance as a source of new physics

•One implication of assuming the hypothesis is true is a derivation of a new theory that unifies entropy and action, with three additional derivations also provided

•Implications of these findings are discussed, and a second experiment is underway to ratify this insight
