Quantum and nonlinear photonics in silicon carbide

Abstract
Silicon carbide as a host material uniquely combines CMOS compatible photonics with high-quality optically interfaced spin qubits and strong optical nonlinearities. In this talk, I will describe two directions which leverage these properties: (i) multi-emitter cavity quantum electrodynamics; and (ii) study of the quantum physics of soliton microcombs.
