Dr. Iwasawa started her career with an undergraduate degree in creative writing and followed a path through material science, high-energy particle physics, maritime autonomy, and now works as Leidos' Quantum Technology Lead and as a research scientist. Here she leverages her diverse background and skillset to bring cutting edge quantum research to revolutionize the toughest problems across security, fundamentally change communications, or be integrated into satellites or autonomous vehicles.
