Simulations on the X(3872) Exotic Meson
POSTER
Abstract
We investigated the X(3872) exotic meson candidate and explored the feasibility to research it using the future Electron-Ion Collider (EIC). $X(3872)$ is a tetraquark candidate: a meson that is composed of four quarks but requires additional investigation. We completed the study based upon based upon the generated values for 10,000 events. The parameters of the exotic meson explored include Mandelstam variables, mass, and pseudorapidity, among others.
