In the intro, we talked about some definitions where “blind” is not being able to see, “colorblind” is not being able to see color or race, and “colorblindness” as a view that we can treat individuals as equally as possible, without looking at race, culture, or ethnicity. In Physics, institutions and/or people, are we colorblind? Each panelist has an opportunity to answer this question in order of the panel speakers listed.
