Hubble discovery can read "universe is not expanding".

When we use Hubble telescope to observe from an earth location looking into the galactic space, and to achieve correct results by using a correct measurement system that makes sense of stars positions, we need first to build a correct inertial system of the galaxy with XYZ coordinates using the milky way align with one of the coordinates, like Y, then to establish an inertial reference, we may calculate a corrected position for Hubble, relevant to coordinate reference point of the milky way, and such correction would calculate ( -70Km/Sec relevant to our reference point , of the milky way) and then we may conclude that the inertial position of a star relevant to a reference point of our coordinate system reflects No metric expansion of universe .

The growth of universe would then require a new phylosophy and new understanding of matter and energy to properly incorporate the principle of growth into our understanding of nature
