Making a triangular spectrum of zero-point energy
POSTER
Abstract
The initial article exploring the wave-centric interpretation of quantum mechanics assumed a triangular shape distribution. This leads to the probability of excitation at a particular point being proportional to the wave energy at that spot, in agreement with standard quantum mechanics. We are now considering ways in which the triangular distribution might be formed either outright or using the nearby atoms to convert the normal Gaussian distribution into the needed triangular distribution.
