Photo-induced Thermoelectric chiral anomaly in ZrTe5
ORAL
Abstract
ZrTe5, as a canonical Dirac semimetal, possesses three-dimensional linear dispersion and has unique properties such as Fermi arc surface states, negative magnetoresistance (NMR), quantum anomalous Hall effect, etc. Here, we report light-induced photocurrent of ZrTe5 in the presence of magnetic field parallel and perpendicular to the current direction, to reveal characteristic thermopower and magnetoresistance as a signature of chiral anomaly at below 10 Kelvin.
