Probing superconductivity in twisted bilayer graphene
POSTER
Abstract
When two graphene lattices are overlapped, they create a moiré pattern with a long superlattice period. At a twist angle around 1.10 also known as magic angle the twisted bilayer graphene stack becomes superconducting.[1] By tuning the carrier density, the twisted bilayer graphene stack becomes an insulator.[2,3] These properties are similar to those of cuprates and other high-temperature superconductors. In this poster, we explain our efforts in fabrication of twisted bilayer graphene devices.
