Thermopower of the two-dimensional disordered electron gas
POSTER
Abstract
We study interaction corrections to the thermopower of the disordered electron gas at low temperatures. To this end, we calculate the density-heat density correlation function in the non-linear sigma model formalism. It is known that the thermal conductivity acquires two types of logarithmic corrections, conventional Altshuler-Aronov corrections as well as additional corrections originating from a sub-temperature interval of energies, which arise only in the presence of long-range Coulomb interactions. Here, we study the influence of both types of corrections on the temperature dependence of the thermopower.
