Data Science in Leadership Consulting and People Analytics

In this session, I will provide an overview of my own career path from particle physics PhD to data science leader, sharing how skills from a physics degree translate to data science careers. I will also share how data science can be applied to the field of people analytics, in topics ranging from leadership assessment and consulting to career planning and recruiting.
