Warped Space Optical Refraction

When Loop Wave electrons and quarks rotate at relativistic speeds their circumferential length relativistically contracts (relativistically warps). Warpage causes the field near atoms to have contracted space dimensions. Space warpage is shown to produce a transparent material's optical refraction. Refraction is a natural consequence of Loop Wave relativistic space warpage.
