Free-carrier absorption from shallow donors in transparent conducting oxides
POSTER
Abstract
An experimental study of the free-carrier absorption in a few transparent conducting oxides (TCO's) has been performed to compare the strength of the absorption in different hosts and its dependence on wavelength and temperature. The goal of our work is to make the IR absorption arising from free carriers a quantitative tool for characterizing the conductivity of doped TCO's.
