Metals and insulators at infinite temperature

Abstract
Numerical exact diagonalization results for spectral correlations and finite temperature transport of strongly disordered and interacting lattice fermions are presented. We study the finite temperature metal-insulator transition recently proposed by Basko and collaborators (condmat/0506617) focussing in particular on establishing the existence of the insulating phase.
