Electronic and Magnetic Properties of Novel III-V-(M) Superlattices

We present the results of computational works on the electronic and magnetic properties of ``novel'' III-V-(M) (where M is transition metals) superlattice. The calculations were performed using ABINIT and Gaussian 03 codes. The objective of this work is to determine the possibility of ferromagnetism in this type of superlattice.
