Faculty Gender Equity Study at UCSD: The Successes, The Problems, and Some Remedies

Faculty gender equity issues and concerns have become a point of focus across the entire University of California system, with serious efforts at the systemwide as well as individual campus levels to understand the status quo, correct inequities, and create a family friendly environment. We discuss the methodology, results, and ongoing efforts at UCSD.
