Pion gravitational form factors from QCD sum rules

ORAL

Abstract

We discuss the gravitational form factors (GFFs) for the pion, as matrix element of the energy-momentum tensor in QCD. We construct the QCD sum rules for the quark contribution to the pion GFFs, using the correlator of an axial vector current and the energy-momentum tensor. For this purpose, we combine the operator product expansion of the correlator with the dispersion relation for its matrix element parameterized by the GFFs. In the operator product expansion, we take into account the nonperturbative higher-twist corrections as well as the leading contribution expressed by the pion's twist-two light-cone distribution amplitude. This approach allows us to estimate the soft contribution to the GFFs at not very large momentum transfers. We report our numerical results and compare with the results of the other approaches.
