Recent measurement results of HPK AC-LGAD sensors for future hadron colliders
ORAL · Invited
Abstract
In this talk, we will focus on the results of detailed measurements of HPK sensors with finely segmented electrodes. Various samples were compared which have several different doping concentrations, active thickness and coupling capacitance of electrodes. Timing resolutions and signal height were evaluated by beta-ray, infra-red laser and 120GeV proton beam. As a result, we have successfully developed a 100um pitch pixel detector with good signal to noise ratio and timing resolution was achieved about 30ps for charged particles.
