The ITER Thermonuclear Fusion Research-Education as the Vehicle in both National and Global Emergency Events, such as COVID-19 Pandemic
POSTER
Abstract
It is argued that the ITER Thermonuclear Fusion Research-Education long-term project, in addition to its focus on the national-global energy emergency, can also facilitate the efforts in other emergency events, such as Covid-19 pandemic, via its scientific expertise; and also by its funding, equipment, personnel, etc. This would also augment the national-global stability.
