How to maintain the Pickup Ion ring distribution in reproducing the ENA ribbon?

Numerical (hybrid) simulations are performed on various conditions to restrain the growth of the instability of pick up ion's ring distribution (Florinski, 2010) compared with linear theory estimates, which is an important assumption to the Heerikhuisen's (2010) explanation about the ENA ribbon discovered by IBEX.
