Turbulent transport of energetic particles in global gyrokinetic particle simulations

Abstract
Multi-species capability has been added to the gyrokinetic toroidal code (GTC), which has been applied to study the behavior of energetic particles in burning plasmas. The effect of microscopic ion-temperature-gradient (ITG) turbulence on energetic particles transport is investigated using the large scale gyrokinetic particle simulations.
