CRYO ASIC for SiPM readout in cryogenic experiments

CRYO ASIC is a System-On-Chip (SoC) waveform digitizer and serializer designed for cryogenic experiments. This ASIC combines both analog and digital functionalities, including signal pre-amplification, waveform digitization, and channel multiplexing. One CRYO ASIC variant has a preamplifier optimized for the input capacitance of 150 pF, enabling readout of SiPMs with large capacitance by weakly coupling SiPMs with the charge-sensitive preamplifier. In this talk, we will present the characterization results of SiPM readout using the CRYO ASIC.
