Mass is fundamentally two-dimensional, and two-dimensional objects have only one surface.

Abstract

I have been obsessed with the nature of quantum information for the last 44 years. Stephen Hawking's comment that quantum information could be lost in a Black hole tore a hole in my brain. I contend that quantum information is two-dimensional and creates volume as moves through time, aka entropy increases. Quantum information must be conserved. I claim that this two-dimensional pixel and all two-dimensional objects only have one side. If it has two sides, it is three-dimensional. I will show that two-dimensional objects have mass.
