Abstract
This session aims to create an open space to discuss the impact that disruptive behaviors – including sexual harassment and general mistreatment – have on the workforce, and to identify community-driven efforts we can adopt to protect better those that are most vulnerable.
The presentations will showcase key professional and institutional approaches such as mentoring practices, wellness promotion, and relevant policies. After the Q&A session, the speakers and audience will engage in an interactive workshop with group discussions about the topics presented, and with a focus on identifying what each one of us can do to help lift the shadows disrupting our community.
