Abstract
\textbf{Abstract:} \newline Many of the North African brains in the STEM and engineering fields end up in Europe or America. Scientists in Nuclear Physics in particular do not have much choice other than becoming full time faculty in higher education with limited resources for research. However, how is the situation for female nuclear Physicists? This talk will discuss the situation of the Maghrebin Nuclear Physicist in general with a focus on the women faculty and researchers in particular, the discussion will cover society, cultural obstacles and more.
