An Overview of Experiments in Neutron Beta Decay
COFFEE_KLATCH · Invited
Abstract
Experiments in neutron and nuclear beta decay continue to probe certain aspects of the standard electroweak model. The neutron is simple enough that precise measurements can be interpreted with theoretical clarity. Over the last few years several new experiments have been conducted and proposed both to improve the precision of previous work and also to search for new observables. In this talk we will attempt an overview of the present state of this field of activity.
