Abstract

Every Mass or Mass Group, when created,  exhibit when created,  no motion, Linear, Rotational and/or Vibratory Motion, Singly or in some Combination, due to excess energy in creation which may be modified by external forces--A  Natural Law. In 1905 Einstein derived  the total energy at slow speeds of a mass  was E = mc2 + 1/2m2

.About 1960 it was found that all matter including nuclei, atoms, planets and stars could also be rotating a nd vibrating as well as moving linearly. Thus, the Einstein

equation for total energy of all masses at slow speeds must include these factors:  E = mc2 + 1/2mc2 + 1/2Iω2 + 1/2kx0 2 .Now it is known that every fundamental particle, nucleus, atom, ion, molecule, compound, satellite, planet, star and galaxy etc, may exhibit no motion, linear rotational and/or  vibrational singly or in some combination.

when created due to excess  energy of creation, which may later be modified by external forces. The updated  Equation of State for all masses or mass groups in the universe.

Specific  Natural laws  follow from this updating :

All nuclei  or molecules may have no motion, linear, rotational and or vibrationa motion singly or in some combination due to excess energy of creation which may be modified by external forces.

Total energy of a mass or mass group at slow speeds must include the potential energies such as electrostatic gravitational as well: E=mc2+ 1/2mv+ 1/2Iω+ 1/2kx02 +  kQ1Q/r + Gm1m2/r +...+. Slow speed relativistic  kinetic energy  must be T= (E-E0) =1/2mv2 + /2Iω2 + 1/2x02 +1/2Gm1m2/r + 1/2kQ1Q2/r +...+
