Electron Impact Ionization of the Lithium Atom
POSTER
Abstract
Time-dependent close-coupling methods are used to calculate
the single, double, and triple ionization of the Lithium atom.
A 2D radial lattice is used for single ionization, a 3D radial lattice
is used for double ionization, and a 4D radial lattice is used for triple
ionization. The calculations are in support of planned experiments
at the Max Planck Institute fo Nuclear Physics in Heidelberg, Germany.
